Biography

Throughout her time with Hertz Real Estate Services, Rebecca has managed numerous diverse real estate transactions. Her ability to handle a wide range of land uses from Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) to land with local planning and zoning regulations, highlights her passion and dedication to the land real estate industry.

Growing up in Johnson County on her family’s century farm, Rebecca has in-depth knowledge of the area, and obtained her bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University where she studied Agricultural Business. Rebecca not only brings academic knowledge to her profession but also a deeper understanding of the land.

Rebecca’s commitment extends beyond her transactions; she is deeply invested in her community and those around her. With membership in several organizations including the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) where she sits on the education committee at the national level and serves at the local level as the chair of the membership committee. In 2023, Rebecca attained her Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation - out of 1.5 million realtors, approximately 700 hold this prestigious designation.

When Rebecca isn’t working you can find her spending time with her family and friends. She loves a good patio conversation overlooking her family’s farm, training for her next marathon, and traveling when given the opportunity.
