Kayse joined Hertz Farm Management's Nevada office in January 2017. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in December 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in English and minors in Professional and Creative Writing. In 2021, Kayse became a Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute.
A native Iowan, Kayse grew up near Adel and has an appreciation for agriculture and the farming way of life. At Hertz Farm Management, she utilizes her background in writing and digital marketing to help farmland educate and learn about agriculture.
When not working, Kayse enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking, and traveling. She is an avid hiker who is always looking for new trails and scenery to discover.

Steve has been with Hertz Farm Management since April 2014, managing farms throughout Iowa and Missouri. He also assists his clients in marketing and acquiring agricultural properties as a licensed real estate agent.
He is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
Steve grew up in Central Iowa on a grain and livestock farm which he continues to operate today. He is married with four children and is a member of the United Methodist Church in Baxter, IA.
Clint joined Hertz Farm Management in January 2015 as a farm manager and licensed real estate salesperson. Since being with Hertz, he has obtained his Farm Management Accreditation and his FAA Part 107 Drone License. Clint graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S in Agriculture Business. During his tenure at ISU, he was active in several agriculture organizations. Involvement in these organizations helped him share his deep-rooted excitement for agriculture with a variety of other young professionals.
Raised in Southeast Iowa in a small farming community, Clint quickly developed a great passion and knowledge for agriculture. He brings a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to Hertz and the clients he serves. If there was one word used to describe Clint, this word would be energy. Outside the office, you'll find him doing anything and everything to be outside and moving! He enjoys hunting, sports, and spending time with his friends and family. He now resides in Ankeny, IA where he resides with his wife, Chelsea, son, Reese, and their two dogs.
Ryan joined Hertz Farm Management in January 2013 at the company’s office in Mt. Vernon, Iowa. Ryan is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and the REALTORS® Land Institute. He has served in leadership positions on many state committees. He has experience in adding value to land by making capital improvements, adding specialty contracts, conservation and agronomy practices.
Prior to joining Hertz, Ryan served as a Research Associate and Production Agronomist for Pioneer Hi-Bred International in several locations in the Midwest over a period of nearly fourteen years. He grew up on a crop and livestock farm near Atlantic, Iowa, and is still active in managing the family farm.
Ryan’s hobbies include snow skiing, playing/watching sports, volunteering, and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Amy, reside in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with their daughter Addison and son Nolan. They are members of the Stonebridge Church in Cedar Rapids.

Kevin joined Hertz Appraisal Services in October 2011 as an appraiser working out of the Nevada office. He utilizes the knowledge and extensive experience garnered from working in many counties in Iowa and Nebraska over the last 31 years to assist clients with their valuation and real estate needs. Prior to working for Hertz Kevin worked for Farm Credit Services from 1986 to 2003, NP Dodge Real Estate in Omaha from 2003 to 2006, and worked as a commercial and farm appraiser with Frandson & Associates in Des Moines from 2006 to 2011.
Since 1987, Kevin has been involved with appraising and the sales of commercial and agricultural properties. His roots and heart are in serving the agricultural community and now he focuses on appraising all types of agricultural properties. Kevin is called upon regularly by his clients and government agencies for consultation regarding real estate valuation issues.
Assisting families in valuing and equitably dividing their estates gives Kevin great satisfaction. He also specializes in large complex agricultural properties, Section 2032A-Special Use Valuation, Conservation Easements, condemnation, right-of-way valuations, as well as, valuing properties for financial institutions.
Growing up on a grain and livestock farm in southwest Iowa, in Taylor and Ringgold Counties, Kevin operated a grain and livestock farm for ten years after high school before attending Iowa State University and achieving a degree in Agricultural Business. Kevin has managed the family farm in Adams County since 1993, which keeps him actively involved in the production side of agriculture.
Kevin lives in Story City, Iowa, has a son, daughter, and is a proud and devoted Grandfather of four grandchildren.
Chad became involved with Hertz Farm Management while in college through an internship during the summer of 2000. He officially joined the Geneseo office in January 2001. He serves as a professional farm manager for his clients along with evaluating and marketing agricultural real estate as a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
Chad is a member of the Illinois Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, as well as the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He is also a member of the Illinois Farm and Land Chapter of the REALTORS Land Institute.
Chad grew up on a farm in northwest Iowa, near Wall Lake. Along with his brother, he operated a grain and livestock operation while in high school and college. He and his wife Kate live near Geneseo and have four children.
Mike is the regional manager for Hertz Farm Management where he has the professional responsibilities of farm management, real estate sales, consulting, crop insurance, business development and administration. Following his tour at Texas Christian University, he was an Extension Agent in Lancaster County, Nebraska. Mike then worked for Krause Cattle Company where he progressed to the position of Feedlot Manager and Cow/Calf Manager. He was responsible for cattle sales and management decisions for a 700- head cow/calf operation as well as a 5,000-head feedlot. He also supervised and directed corn and alfalfa harvest crews, and developed media publicity.
Maintaining an active role, holding various elected offices in the professional farm organizations, Mike participates in the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, Omaha Agri-business Club, Nebraska Ag Relations Council, Omaha Morning Rotary Club, Breakfast Optimist Club of Omaha and in the Scottish Rite Masonry where he was chairman of the Demolay Advisory Committee.
Mike and his wife, along with their two daughters, reside in Omaha. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing, hunting, and woodworking.
