Hertz Farm Management’s Morgan Troendle Named 2026 Professional Farm Manager of the Year

Hertz Farm Management is proud to announce that Morgan Troendle, AFM, has been named the 2026 Professional Farm Manager of the Year by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers® (ASFMRA®).
Presented by Syngenta, the national award recognizes an Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) who has made a significant impact on the farm management profession.
A native of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and graduate of Iowa State University, Troendle began his career with Hertz Farm Management immediately after college at the company's Cedar Falls office. Throughout his career, he has worked with farmland owners to navigate the complexities of land ownership, farm operations, and long-term stewardship.
