Biography

Cole joined Hertz Farm Management in May of 2024 as a Farm Manager in the Monticello, IL office.

Cole graduated in 2024 from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics. During his time at Illinois he was part of Collegiate Farm Bureau, Student Advancement Committee for the College of ACES, and FarmHouse Fraternity were he served as the President, while also being on the Meats and Livestock Judging teams.

While growing up and being involved in his family’s farm outside of Bloomington, IL which raises corn, soybeans, hay, and has a red angus cow calf operation, he grew a passion for agriculture and seeing all aspects of it. With internships with United Prairie and BASF Ag Solutions during college it helped build his industry experience.
