Job Functions

  • Provide administrative support to individuals and teams of real estate agents under the direction of the President of Real Estate
  • Facilitate and maintain effective communication inside the immediate team, teams in other departments/offices, as well as clients/prospective clients
  • Provide administrative support in a timely manner to carry out daily business processes
  • Stay current on the technology used by the company to carry out daily business
  • Work on special projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned

Principle Objectives and Outcomes

  • Assist the Nevada Real Estate Team in building business and achieving all stated goals while providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure all members of Nevada Real Estate Team adhere to requirements of the applicable Licensing Regulatory Bodies at all times
  • Provide back-up support to other Nevada Real Estate administrative staff

Frequent and Essential Activities

  • Prepare Marketing Proposals and Broker Price Opinions per company guidelines
  • Prepare collateral marketing materials per company guidelines, including, but not limited to, Marketing Brochures, Postcards, and Mailing Lists
  • Prepare aerial photos, soil maps, drainage maps, plat maps, assessor information, treasurer information, as requested
  • Schedule local newspaper advertising
  • Track individual Listing/Auction marketing expenses as a percentage of expected/realized commission
  • Attend and provide administrative support at auctions
  • Maintain up-to-date electronic plat book files
  • Provide back-up support to other Real Estate administrative staff in areas that may include, preparation of listing materials as dictated by state regulatory requirements; preparation of buyer/seller transactional closing paperwork; weekly statewide advertising with other offices.
  • Work on special projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements

  • Previous experience in a real estate environment is preferred or willingness to complete Real Estate courses as requested by the employer within the first six months of employment
  • Excellent business grammar and spelling skills with the ability to write effective business letters
  • Typing speed of 70 wpm
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced to Expert Level (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher)
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures and use/operation of standard office equipment at a level generally acquired through 1+ years of related experience
  • Analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports
  • Proactive in prioritizing work, as well as problem-solving and finding solutions to various tasks and assignments
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
  • Establishment of priorities and meeting deadlines is required

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with overtime required as needed.
