The role of an administrative professional is to:
Develop and maintain effective communications inside the team (with the office manager, farm managers, real estate agents, rural appraisers, and other administrative assistants) and outside the team (clients, prospective clients, and tenants)
Provide administrative support to organize, arrange, and retrieve information, data and documents (electronic and physical) in a cooperative and timely manner to carry out daily business process including but not limited to:
Principle Objectives and Outcomes
Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. At the request of the office manager and company, these projects may include but are not limited to:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position will require the ability to lift documents, bend, sit and/or stand as necessary.
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (one hour for lunch) with overtime required as needed.
