This position will be concentrated on processing biweekly payrolls for 150+ employees with direct supervision and assistance from the HR Manager. As well as various other accounting duties as time allows. The right candidate will need to be attentive to procedural defined tasks, while still displaying critical thinking to identify potential process challenges or errors and relay such issues to superiors to be corrected. Candidates will need to value the privacy and confidentiality of other employees and the organization. Be cooperative and good natured, ready and willing to assist in solving issues related to payroll and benefit administration.

Specific Job Duties
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Benefit administration
- Benefit account reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- Assisting in preparing month and year end reports
- Expense allocating
- Accounting for fixed assets
Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- Preferred: Degree or certification in accounting or finance related concentrations
- 2+ year of work experience in accounting/payroll related disciplines
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel
