Bryce Carpenter Earns Certified General Real Property Appraiser Designation

May 11, 2026 (Nevada, IA) – Hertz Farm Management is proud to announce that Bryce Carpenter has earned his Certified General Real Property Appraiser designation in the state of Iowa.
To achieve this certification, candidates must complete a minimum of 3,000 hours of appraisal experience over at least 30 months, in addition to 300 hours of qualifying education, and successfully pass a comprehensive examination.
“We are proud of Bryce for achieving this important milestone,” said Terry Kestner, Vice President of Hertz Appraisal Services. “His dedication and commitment to the profession will serve landowners well as he continues to provide high-quality appraisal services.”
Bryce joined the Hertz team in October 2022 as an appraisal trainee in the Nevada, Iowa office. He is a graduate of Grand View University, where he earned a degree in Kinesiology in 2016. Bryce also brings firsthand agricultural experience, having grown up on a crop farm in Wayne County, Iowa.
