Hertz Farm Management 80th Anniversary Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to:

  • Legal residents of the United States
  • Ages 18 and older
  • Employees of Hertz Farm Management ARE eligible to participate and win

3. Giveaway Period

There will be 10 separate monthly giveaways running from March 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
Each monthly giveaway begins when the giveaway post on the 1st of the month is posted, and ends at 4:00 PM CST on the last day of the month, unless otherwise specified.

4. How to Enter

To enter the monthly giveaway:

  1. Like and share the monthly giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram
  2. Follow Hertz Farm Management on the platform where you enter
  3. Complete the month’s required comment (varies by month)

Entries must be received within the monthly entry period.

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your odds of winning.

5. Prize Details

Prizes vary by month, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards (multiple winners per month)
  • Branded merchandise
  • Cameras, coolers, grills, accessories, or local treats

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) varies per month.
Total prize value for the full promotion: approximately $5,000.

Prizes are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected:

  • At random, or
  • Based on a judged prompt, depending on the month

Hertz Farm Management will contact winners via direct message on the platform used to enter.
Winners have 5 business days respond; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Rights & Permissions

By entering, participants grant Hertz Farm Management permission to:

  • Repost or share their submitted comments, photos, or content
  • Use entries in marketing materials or social posts (with credit when appropriate)

Entrants must own rights to any photos or content submitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release Hertz Farm Management from any liability related to:

  • Entry errors
  • Technical issues
  • Social platform outages
  • Prize fulfillment delays beyond reasonable control
