Biography

Caitlin joined Hertz Farm Management in May of 2012 and worked as an Administrative Assistant until 2016 when she completed the required coursework to become an Associate Appraiser.  She started appraising properties in July of 2016.  Caitlin is also a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

Caitlin graduated Upper Iowa University with a degree in Accounting. Caitlin lives in Strawberry Point, where she grew up, with her husband Jason and their two daughters Lena and Aria.
